Muzzy says the engine is using a 1/2 litre of engine oil every 1000km so probably not burning brake fluid.

I realize where the vacuum comes from for the brakes, the valve in the booster is right up the top & it would have to go past 3 seals to be in the manifold hose and go up hill, never have i seen that happen on any car before.

Engine is burning oil on 2 cylinder,( no 2 & 6 bit he of these have cracked boss) brake fluid is fine, if the booster seal fail , the engine would tend to get a misfire from excess lean on either 5 or 6

The inlets have new O rings, been changed twice, the inlets also have chev seals fitted as well the inlets have new guides with new valves 1.710" and clearances are spot on, as mentioned the engine is burning oil only on 2 cylinders these are the cylinders with cracked bosses, so I have to run with that idea, I want to it get sorted as it is a very out put head. Small chamber 12 port with a lot of work, (190hp @4700 using a single 34 ADM weber)

Lol I had the same thought re the brake fluid, nill and bucklys chance.

Brian, im curious as to how you narrowed down which cylinders were chewing the oil? Purely because its just handy shit to know for future endeavours.

I let it sit for about 10 mins, so oil had time to run down, but not dry off, gave it a quick start for about 1 sec
2 things gave it away, the plugs were darker and a bore scope, showed oil and wet carbon in the tops of the pistons and on the back of the inlet valves

So going by your comments it can only be in the guides or stem seals area.
