The late UC with Commodore style calipers should be metric with 10 x 1 threaded bleeder nipples.

Pretty well any bleed nipples you buy now will be 10mm hex head regardless of thread being metric or bsp etc. Excludes nos of course. Trying to bleed clutch slave on FB crash box recently I couldn’t get brake spanner to fit till I worked out it was 10mm. Got new nipples for old style wheel cylinders and they were 10mm as well.

You're talking about the A/F size of the hex that the spanner fits over. You are correct these have been 10mm for years now.
However the thread is a different matter. Late UC will be metric, earlier cars will be UNF (in same cases UNC) but never BSP, that is a tapered plumbing fitting.
