I have recently aquired a Superflow  SF110 Flow Bench . This is proving to be a really useful tool for developing ports- be warned though, it is brutally honest and wont show flow where there is none.

I haven't used them myself Dave, but I know guys who have and they have been happy with their work. Looking at their website, they don't mind working on the older stuff too.

i havent used them personally but have heard good things about them they build some very stout holden v8s
