3D print would be the easiest option these days. Just need to scan an original.

If you advertised those things you would sell a hundred sets in the first day.

From the 3D printed products I have seen, they always seem quite hard and brittle. The plastic has to be melted and then set again after all. I doubt that it could produce the plugs malleable enough to hold the pins.

What is the part number of this plug?  Is it uniquely Australian or a global GM part.  GM does not re-invent the wheel for a common application.  I have sources "GM" parts from USA, Brazil, Russia, Germany and the UK because they were Global, common, multiple use parts.

Unfortunately no,  This catalogue is an 1987 Olds, Buick,Pontiac,Chev and Cadillac.  So if it was not on one of these 2419 won't be in there.

i will check my obsolete parts catalogue to see if it had an "new" equivalent part number.

This is the sample we have for development, we do not have any other update at this stage as to time etc. I should have further information within the next month on this project.

I bought these 'push on badge retainer / sockets' on Ebay from bnsautosupplies. The small sockets are for 4mm hole & 2.2mm pins. I reckon they'll work.
