Never knew that the  Frogs were such good drivers, they suck at everything else.  :stirpot:

When I saw them many moons ago they were driving Leyland Marinas

Think they might be in one of those shots.

Col they are 1900cc engined left hand drive LJ Torana like the ones sold in Indonesia. They use an LC Torana steering column and wheel.

Haha no Col. Looks like an EK Holden.

Canada had Hell drivers too by the looks of it. Wonder if they were French Canadians?

I saw them in 73 too Ian.

At Nowra.

Can remember because the old man paid for us to go with a 50 buck note.

They had only just come out. The guy collecting the money had never seen one before.

From memory they did at least an East Coast Tour.
As a youngen they were pretty spectacular.

I believe this is Jose Canga and his International Motor Rodeo.

I should correct my above statement. Delete Indonesia and insert 'made and sold in The Philippines'.

I remember a group coming to Mildura in the late 70's,think they where in V8 Torana's after they got the show rolling they started to preach the gospel saying how God protected them during their act, after about the second speech on the father son and so on the crowd went ballistic and drowned the PA system out, they must have thought we where a bunch of heathens

It's a wonder the 1900 4 Cyl have enough power to get the 6Cyl LJ Body up on two wheels :P
