UC rear swaybar fitment to LX hatchback

Looking to fit uc type rear swaybar on my hatch. I have a salisbury diff so the mounts are on the diff housing. My question is does anyone have the dimensions for the brackets that bolt on to the front pivot on the top trailing arms so as I can make a set. Or can these brackets be bought seperately from somewhere like Kmac.

Bought a uc style rear bar for my Lh about 30 years ago from Lovell's, came with all brackets. Should be available still.

Would be very easy to make yourself. I can take a pic later if no one gets there first

UC top mounts are half on the chasis rail and spring tower, not on the control arm mount like a standard LX. Think A9X.

Gday Dale, I'm having trouble connecting my phone to PC for some reason sorry it took a couple of days.

 

Here is the whiteline rear bar mount - you can buy the threaded pins and bushes for the end from various places.  The only bracket you should have to make is the cut off section of square tube.

Then just a couple of bolts and large washers.

The square tube is 2" x 40 long.

The bolts are 3/8 Unf x 3/4"long with large flat and nylocs.

The threaded link pin is 3/8" x 125 long overall.

I just went and tried to measure my uc but it has flat tires so a bit of mucking around for another time.
The brackets are different for the uc.

I went and lined up the whiteline and uc sway bars and the uc one is about 50 mm wider hence the different brackets.

I have a VB-VS Commodore bar with the ends straightened in the press, the links just go straight through a hole in the upper arm mount bracket
