Hi mate...I had a gearbox freshened up a few years ago. The rebuilder used the "chinese 899 " as that was all he said was available.
They were thin on the ground then...maybe thinner now?

Actually Col, they're Japanese, not chinese. So they're not as bad as possible. Yes, i would be happy with 2 sets of those, surely some people would have up to 2 sets available ? Gary.

You can’t get any of it new anymore? I remember how cheap the new stuff was, I bought dozens of input shafts at the time but didn’t bother with cluster gears as I just used M21 clusters.

Yes, Byron, we understand that production has stopped for the time, i have enquired with actual importer & he is prepared to ask for a reduced quantity if there is call, if people are genuinely interested can we get some sort of a number sorted, so he approach the supplier & see if we can get another batch made ? I would appreciate replies, from genuine buyers, via this thread please. Gary.
