knock it down and build apartments its happining everywhere
Yep, or restore it and make it into a Torana mecca, coffee shop etc....and work your arse off for 20 years to break even. The prices of any near CBD / inner suburb real estate these days means …..subdivide/ redevelop/ apartments etc...simples.

It is a real shame. But I bet the staff back in the day were happy when they moved to Levison Street. They wouldn't have to worry about busting front spoilers any more.

Hard to tell from one pic #9 but unless that is the top floor (which i doubt with a front door opening) then it isn't going to get to six levels as per the permit. Cheers Ron

The plans provide for a retail and office development. Not going to qualify as
an enhancement to our urban environment, but they call that progress.

Still a fair bit to do but its getting there.
Still printing workshop parts and we got to do the rest of roof.
Size is 1000 mm x 450 mm
