Not enough detailed notes in disassembly has me wondering where the brake pedal return spring attaches.

I have assembed the booster and clevis with the tab which takes the pedal end of the spring as per the assembly manual.

But where does the other end go (the end of the spring attached to part 10)?

Where does the line from it end up?

I reckon there is likely a hole or slotted hole in the reinforcing brace.

Thanks S pack, l have a hole in the lower dash, just not what l had expected. Like Rob mentioned l was looking at the column support brace

and couldn't see anything promising.

The plot thickens. The spring l have is nowhere near 14.5cm long as shown in Dattos picture in the linked post.

Looks like a trip to Bunnings is in order. Thanks guys, l was lost on this.
