I'd like to make an extension tube from where my diff breather is and up an upper arm. last trip around Oz I had a nine inch as as it is higher no problem(15 kms out of broom, water over the road for several Kms), but i this Torrie I'll be keeping a banjo because of weight concerns.,
Can anyone tell me what the thread the breather is screwed into? I'm guessing some sort of 1/8th UNF ?
Has anyone made a setup that is working well?

it possibly would be npt, a tapered thread.
Not unf.
Take out your breather fitting, as a thread sample to a local supplier.
and obviously you would be looking to fit a threaded barb in its place to connect a hose at the axle housing.
At the breather end you will require a barb with a female end to screw your original breather into.
This overprice example, looks to almost be of 1/4 size. But hard to say if its actually tapered or parallel thread formation.

** disclaimer, i hope I have not stated the obvious too much in my reply, for those that dislike such.

Came across this thread. https://www.google.c...d=1623183337525
The picture of the (post#7) hatchback offroad fording, i thought was pretty cool.

Thanks guys, You've given me enough to go on. I've looked at the kits on e-bay. I found this one on Ali-express;

and it even has the tread size that Jaso suggested.
Its nice and subtle too.
Also this one;

connected to a bit of brake line seems a possibility too.
