I went to the Goulburn bike swap on the weekend and picked these up. I also have the original receipts. The original owner was 93 when he sold the HJ. I don't know why this stuff didn't go with it. He traded an EH wagon on the HJ and got about $950 for it. I'm stoked with this pickup.
Sorry, not sure why the photo is not showing in the post.

Interesting, is the second broadcast sheet a photocopy?

Nice, good to find that sort of stuff, valuable history. My HJ Premier would have had all that when it was taken to the auctions (by his wife) after owner had a stroke. Original air cleaner and Quadrajet too. All got separated from the car at auctions unfortunately.

I’ll look the car up and see if it’s interesting or just a normal car.

It's really hard to tell. The one without the blue pen chassis number looks like the original.
Yeah thanks Byron that would be cool but I don't think it's anything special.
He got $926.15 for the EH, and the HJ was $4941.15.
Not wagon, panelvan.

It doesn't appear to be anything too special. 3.3, auto, 3.08 rear axle and disc brakes on HJ Kingswood wagon. The only mechanical option really was the Trimatic. Looks to be a stock order car as it was sold in June 1975 and made in May, I can't quite read the broadcast sheet too see if it says STOCK ORDER or not. The cool thing about Pagewood broadcast sheets is that printed number, 22340 is the big stamp you see on a Pagewood firewall that is used to track the cars through the assembly process, all the parts on this car would have had 40 on them in crayon. The chassis number won't be too far away from BHJ22340S, normally within a few hundred unless it's a HX LE. Credited selling dealer was 616, and they look to be pretty meticulous as it has both its engine number and Trimatic serial number recorded and I bet both are in the Owner Guide too.

Cool, thanks Yel, I'll check those couple of things.

Yes it says Stock order on the sheet. Does that mean it's not a custom or special order?
The chassis number is 22387 and that is written in blue pen on what I think is the photocopied sheet.
Where is the trimatic serial number? It isn't in the owners guide but the engine number is.

Stock order means GMH built it for sale either off the schedule or out of plant stock once built, or allocated to a dealer’s stock. Dealer order means a dealer ordered a car that wasn’t a normal build to put into their lot stock, like say a 5.0L auto Kingswood wagon with sports dash. Retail order means a customer ordered it as a new build if what they wanted wasn’t in the schedule, or plant stock or dealer stock. My Premier was retail order, maybe 5-10% of them were retail order.

That chassis number fits perfectly with that firewall number. It should also be in the owner guide.
Trimatic serial number is on the alloy plate on the side of the Trimatic, sometimes in the owner guide and sometimes in the microfiche warranty report.
