Hi all, these are the single A4 page double sided LC and LJ GTR XU-1 sales brochures the LC was printed 8/1970 don't know when the LJ brochure was printed but I would be interested to find out...

Its quite interesting to note how the GTRXU-1 has been drawn onto the front guard and the rear spoiler has also been drawn on

well picked up, red wall tyres also, i hear xu1 didnt have this??

And the blacked out Houndstooth trim and deleted grille badge,things must have been getting squeezed/tightened on their budgets so they doctored the gtr photo shoot,eh!

Yes I agree that XU-1 picture is a doctored GTR one, I have seen the original before they doctored it.
Might have been a 72 print date too, if it was supposed to be a late 72 or 1973 they seem to have forgotten to colour the indicator lights orange.

I have not yet found a late 1973 Brochure, perhaps they did not make them.

The 1972 brochures are wrong for 1973 S models as a 202 was an optional engine, I have a couple here to prove it!
