Has anyone installed their B&M shifter into the STD console using the STD auto insert?

If so i would like to see some pics to see how it looks, Heath you might be able to help out with your collection of pic's. Any info on how to do it would be appreciated.

Cheers
Steve

These pics aren't too good, just took them quickly with my phone, but you get the general idea. It is a B&M Prostick and was already in the car when I bought it, so cant help with how to install it, sorry. Hope the pics help anyway. :spoton:

Previous owner of my car was in process of installing B&M megashifter into a hatch console in the LX, i still have the console and his template in the shed somewhere im pretty sure, i'll get some pics tomorow for you. I'm going with the simplicity look of the the B&M black surround.

here is the console in my old LX
B&M Megashifter, heaps easy to do, I just cut out the centre and got a bit of aluminium made up to cover it all. the only thing that i didn't have was the gear indicator.

I have a B&M mega shifter in standard console with the standard surround still connected to the indicator on the side with light and woodgrain.

F**KN hard work but possible

Thanks ChiaLX, It took me a while to get it right but the result is exactly what i was after. I had to cut away some of the plastic from underneath the P R N D 1 2 so i could fit the B&M red sliding indicator, that was the only fiddly part.
