Well No. We are not a club as such but more of a group although there is a lot of cars on the list and we do have a fair few cruises thoughtout the year aswell as car show ect. I have a list of Torana Owners in the state that are interested and i can tell you that the list isn't short, although there are a lot of unfinished cars and people who work work ends ect, aswell as the distance from Hobart to Launceston or Burnie. We do have the regulars aswell as those who occasionally turn up one runs but there is usally 6 or more cars all of which are all of a good standard, sometime we have had up to 16 which is awesome. We try to encourage anyone with a car to come along.

Cheers
Les

Yeah sure, We can do that. Will Let PJ Know as his hatch is going again and he said he was keen to come. Wish my torry was going, although it's not far away, Few weeks at the most.

Should be a fairly good turnout, as i've talked top a few who told me they were coming.

Great day with a dozen Toranas :D

Some of us met at Penguin - LJ XU1, LX SLR 5000, LH SLR 5000, 2 x LX SSs & LJ (go Quinny) before heading through to meet up with the other blokes @ Devonport.

Waiting at Devonport were - LH SLR 5000, LH SLR 4.2, LX SS, 2 x LJ turbos & last but not least Rod making us all drool with his GMH Brocky promo A9X.

Also must mention the immaculate HR that tagged along + Les (mrlcgtr) who took video of the day as his car was out of action.

Pics will be added soon!

Great pics.... :D

You guys over the ditch should consider yourselves lucky that you can get together with other torana fans so easy. I took my torana to a holden show recently and there was one other SL/R 5000 at the show, and that was the only other torana there. It was the first time that I had parked next to another torana since I have owned it.

Thanx Toranavista, greatly appreciated posting the pics :spoton:

Some are mine and some are PJs (the ones on the go + a few others).

Yeah it was a great day, bummer I didn't get a pic of Rod's promo GMH HDT A9X hatch. He met us at the carpark in Devonport but didn't go on the run

Next time!
