I have one rubber spacer that fits under the rear spring of an LX. I'm guessing that this helps in reducing the noice transferred from the diff to the car body. Issue is that I only have one. Does anyone know if these are a standard item. Second question is: does anyone know where these can be bought. I have tried my Rare Spares Torana catalogue but I'm not seeing them.

Superpro list them as HQ to HZ but they are the same as Torana.

I have a pair of each size here if you need the part numbers but it is a bit cold to go outside to the shed (not as cold as the guys down south though looking at the news:) ) - I have posted the numbers once before about 6 months ago.

I bought a new set of rubber ones from GMH about 10 years ago but I don't think they do them anymore - you could try rare spares and see if they list HQ ones if you don't like polyurethane.

Under? I thought the insulators were only fitted on top?

That's right, insulators are fitted to top of rear spring.
As far as I have found out the super pro ones are just spacers, not replacement items, they are not spigoted to fit inside the top of the spring. They are designed to be used with the original insulators.
I haven't checked those links yet but I will do now as I'm after a set that will raise the back of my car up a bit.

I purchased a pair from Pedders about 6 months ago.

They were listed as for an HQ.

The top inside edge was square where the saddle in the car is rounded, this required about 10 min with a sanding disc each side to get them to sit flush.

That aside they work well.

Hey all,
We got the items from Fulcrum on monday afternoon,
and will be inserting them tomorow,
with the re bushed trailing arms and rebushed diff.
We got the old rubber insolator from a rusted out wrecked LX at Kellys,
so have a picture of the old ones that we did not have,
and the replacement HQ - WB one from Fulcrum.
The new one is about 3mm or 4mm thinner than the original,
but they are made in thicker ones than this one,
this is the 6mm, they are avavilable in 8mm and 12mm.
The listing from Fulcrum
Part Number: SPF0210-6K
Location Description: Spring Insulator Bushing
Important Instructions: Raises vehicle approximately 2mm
Number of Kits Required Per Vehicle: 2
Single Kit Contents: 1 Bushings
Suspension Location Applied To: Rear

Roll it over and take a pic so we can see the upper inner radius or lack thereof.

these work as an insulator but are designed to trim the height of you car, eg. if one side is a bit higher than the other, or if you just want the back up a bit.
