Thanks milco for the prompting, I kept on thinking " i cant go on.... i cant go on.... "then when the question was asked was i on holidays i took several
looks at what need to be done. started on Sat. finished Sun.
Amazingly it
only took 12hrs to get from the previous pics to these ones. I just have to clean up some of the proud welds :D

Its great to have saved another Torana from its potential scrap heap due to the areas of rust. Would I do another one ? ..... yes

This is a great product it is a single pack epoxy you can leave it in the spray gun for weeks if you place some tape over the air hole in the top of the gun. It dries very quick and can be used under 2pac

Hi milco
You can't see it but there's areas that have been plated before and fixed with pop rivets and some of the grill has been damaged and poorly repaired. this is the only way to fix it properly. :D

The tag says glacier white. there is layers of red over red however when i removed the chrome strip around the roof it is white underneth.
Luv the red but i think i will go back to white to keep it the same as the tags.
what do you think??

might be a good idea to paint white before that bit goes back on (the bit infront of the front windscreen)

I sat it on there just as a mock up, when i take the heater box and the windscreen wiper linkage out i will lightly blast the area under the grill and paint it red  just kidding white ok. Your right it would be a mistake not to paint it now.
