Dan, cut into my C pillars and found the inner panel badly corroded, virtually non existent (painted white primer on your pictures). I will make another inner panel, not to difficult.

However, how does the inner panel join up with the seam area ?.

On your pictures there appears to be a "step", although I may be seeing things !!

Dan, can you start or possibly have a look at making the inner top half of the c pillar, nobody makes them...

yeh I can seem to make some sense of it now ! it then slips under the outer panel with that step section.

I will try and form it in 2 sections.

Thanks dangerous, thats pretty much how I have re built it (a little different but result same). Intresting to note in your pic that part of the seal lip for the hatch lid is part of that panel.

where the gutter sits, is that bent at 90 deg in the picture ?
