I think it explains itself.
What are your opinions on where this will end up?
If it continues the lawyers will get the biggest slice & Brocky's kids will miss out on their true entitlement.
I think it is now time Ms Bamford should go back to obscurity and let his kids be!

She should cop it sweet and move on, but she probably wont. It will end up costing more than what is left of Brocks estate.

Look at the poll results for your answer. Leave it to the kids.

I think Bev nailed it on the head, Brock signed his name to everything, but not his last will? Come on. I think the main issue was the house as Brock had moved out and promised Bev and the kids they could continue to live in the house, then he decided to put it on the market! He had nothing really except for the house, he certainly wasn't a rich man. I say Ms Bamford more than likely convinced him to change his will and sell the house for her own benefit. Fair enough, it's Peters decision, but the fact he didn't sign makes you wonder if his heart was really in it.

There was an article on seven's Today Tonight with Bev, on the issue.

One clear point that was made is that 3 offers to settle this have been made to Ms B and all rejected.

If she was even remotely interested in settling, further discussions would have been started, but no it's in the courts.

Personally I think she want's it all, regardless of the kids moral rights to it.

Apparently there is a collection of memorabilia at stake plus the money from the house sale included & being held until this is settled.

I'm sure the memorabilia will be worth quite a lot of money.

Who owns the rights to his name on all the
stuff being sold?
Wouldn't that be worth some money?

I think everything should be left to the kids.

No one wins, Bev is a Champion, RIP Peter. The Kids & Bev deserve any Brock sucesses. Ms Bamford is smearing Peters name now due to her own greed. Shame Shame Shame. Sunburst

I'd put her up there with his ex wife who chose 30 years later and after he died to make mention of the abuse. She should walk away.

His kids and Bev have sacrificed too much over the years not to see some repatriation. The sealer for me is the lack of a signature on the new will. Next Please!

The thing I cant stand about all this is the way the media jump on this apparent (news) and keep bringing it back up.. Fair enough I believe that Bev and the kids should be entitled to whats left of his estate, and I find the way this Bamford women is chasing whats left pretty low.... It just sucks the way this all has to be aired on prime time news for all to see... I'm sure Brocky's turning in his grave.

Who cares, the main thing was that Peter "enjoyed life" as he deserved, right to the end,if it took Ms Ban-ford so be it, despite the family shit that happens in peoples lives. Wills and self importance ,destroys the good memories that should never be forgotten !!!

I agree with Toranavista, no sig, no claim.

Remember P. Brock was a man who signed things willingly and mostly without question, seems to me if he wanted to sign the will he would have done so.

the main thing that they will be fighting over is who gets the rights to use the name and likeness of p brock not the small amount of money thats in the estate. if bamford win that the kids will get nothing from the sale of all authorised brock merchandise which when you think about it could be worth millions in years to come like d earnhardt, elvis and such other icons.

I sorta thought Bev was trying to emphasize the importance of a will and ensuring people involved are aware of it, the changes, etc that it contains so that no-one does have to go thru the shit fight they are at the moment ... Not just in their own case, but a reminder for us all to make sure your wills are current and those closest are aware of its contents

Also, no sig, no will. End of story.
