Yeah I'll be going up for the first time, but I heard some outrageous figures for entry... I've already sorted out accomodation but can someone tell me how much it is to spectate for the main events.

Hey,

Im taking up the eh, as long as she is running!!! Having some dramas at the moment, dam cars!!! I swear there must be a jinx on springcar that no one is mean to be ready till hours before they leave. And brett will heopfully have his blue rana up there, and possibly even his hatch if finance's come thru.

Makka, are you entered or spectating? come and say hi and ill take ya for a spin!! altho its my first time up there so dont expect me to be good at anything, hehe.

Steve. how many torana members are heading up? are they alll entering or just spectating?

Julz (v8racerchic) and I will be there all weekend kids are coming as well, I'll be leaving the Torana at home as it's not ready for any events although i might have to drive it up there as the daily drive (VL) isn't sounding to good lol.

Got back from Shep last night.
I had a great weekend, but have heard mixed reviews from others.
Just curious as to what you guys thought.
Anyway, here are a few pics

It was my first Springnats I enjoyed it anyway but I could tell that it was definately dying in the arse.. bloody authorities. Even that beautiful red LX SS had a canarie by sunday arvo

That HQ is weird ey? It has a showcar interior and boot but the engine is like a drag car. If anyone wants any more photos of Chris' or Stuart's cars (Purple LC/Green LJ), PM me

It was my first springnats and i thought it was a pretty good show. The skidpan is something that not alot of other shows have and the side by side go to whoa was good to watch. Here's a couple of familiar cars... :P

You Eastside Cruisers guys had an impressive display, and Vic Torana Club had some unreal looking torries.

Ok well my first springnats and wow it was good, some drama's for me on the sunday we were packing up and when i was putting the tension on the level riders on the camper van i completely ripped up my lower back muscles, had to go to the hospital it took 3 guys to help me in the car, they put my on vallium so i could make the trip back home. When we got back to the caravan park one of the kids locked the car keys in my girlfriends VX SS and a lock smith couldn't even get into it so we stayed another night went to GMH so they could cut a new key for us to get in and finally we left for the trip home. wow what a weekend, as for me i still can't even walk, the up side the girlfriend got to drive my SS torana home and yes she loved it. In the end all is well.

Steve.
