Dropped in to see Bomber in Rocky when I was there...They were doing some trick things that I cant say anything about on some of his Torrie stuff...met his Dad and mate Adam...who convinced me I CAN learn to weld.!! :spoton:

Must say..the enthusiasm show by these young blokes warms my heart...With them, Heath, RIM and some others..our Torana legacy is in goood hands..true enthusiasts that love Torries! ...Help these young blokes out when they have a question..glad to have them aboard...plus I reckon we are lucky they are on our side!

Cheers boys...keep up the good work! Nice meeting you! :D

p.s....and NO Heath...I am not telling you what they are doing...I could...but then...well you know the rest!

Haha, You can tell about the oil pickup, im gonna stick some picks of that up when i finish it anyway. Its just the other thing i showed you that you cant tell :P.

Was great to meet Rory finally, Its motovation and kind words from guys like him, as well as the good advice from people who have been there that makes this stuff worthwhile/possible.

Would go faster for less in a jap car, but where's the fun in that?

Have a good one guys.

lol DAMN am I that predictable? hehehe don't worry, me and DJ share ideas a lot and we have discussed this project a bit, and I'm very interested to see how it comes out!

how many drinks were involved

obviously enough to keep him intoxicated the whole way home so he could write this post in the same state :spoton:

Good onya Rory, very well written and good points about us being the ones who are gonna try and keep them alive. But remember me at least (but probably all of us) wouldn't know shit if it weren't for members of the older generations who share their experiences and information with us.

P.S. for everyone who hates me or young enthusiasts in general, there's no point in just being a fembit to us; it isn't going to prove or achieve anything. If you think we have the wrong idea, and you want Toranas to go on being treated 'correctly' after you're too frail to work on them, or you've passed away. Share your information and experiences and advice. We have to learn from somewhere and it generally ain't from books :P
