As a few of you will know, i have been on the lookout for a new Daily driver after i sold the HQ, Seeing i have graduated from uni now and working in a real job now (Not at Maccas!!!) I decided to go spoil myself a bit and buy myself a new car!!
I have always wanted a Ute, and i have spent the last couple of months looking at a heap to work out whats good and whats bad... Finally came across the one that i bought. I picked her up last night!!
She is a 2001 VU SS Fifty (Only 500 of these Made!)
- GENIII 5.7 Litre
- 6 Speed Manual
- SS Fifty Features - Chrome Roll Bar, Yellow Leather Highlights (Looks funky in pics, but it has really grown on me!)
Anyway, I now have a Decent Tow car for the Torana!!
Here are some pics from the Add, I havent had a chance to get my own pics yet, too busy driving it all last night!

Maybe in inch or two, But i'll see how i go. It already handles great! The wheels look a bit crap in Pictures, but in person they look a lot better, and like the interior, they have grown on me. So I might keep them seeing they are SS Fifty wheels...
But yeah, The Back does sit high in the pictures... LOL

Or maybe I just stick with a 308, and just have an Injected 5Litre in it, with a 5spd behind it... LOL
But yeah, The car is a pleasure to drive, Went and gave it a wash last night, only you wake up this morning to see the car covered in DIRT RAIN!!! GRRRRR

i have pics somewhere, but not online at the moment ... it dropped the rear about 1inch i think ....Hmmm, Thats a good option Sammy, Have you got a pic of how yours sits? I think the Front sits fine, its just the back that has a jacked up look to it!
Did you notice any handling differences with the new rear springs?
it sits almost perfect i reckon, and the rear seems to grip a bit better as it is now too which is needed in a ute
i'll try and get a pic up in the next few days for ya!
