Great project and great pictures. I almost feel like I'm there looking at your car. My pictures turn crap cause I get too excited and shake...lol.

So why do have a great taste in cars and a poor taste in beer?

Runs for cover...

those crown manifolds look like they were made for it.The brake booster fowling the rocker cover is common.Do what everyone else does, cut the corner out of the cover, mines the same.

It's more like doing whatever you can with what ever you have!

Nothing wrong with that. I can't stand people who just make excuses why they can't do this, cause they don't have this or that. The other day I was on a work site and we needed cut part of the handle on the LPG bottle to get the reg to fit.

Not exactly safe to use a grinder and everyone was stumped. I grabbed 2 large shifters and used them like a massive tin snip...

Keep up the brilliant work...

I do a fair bit of pipework at work, and have access to heaps of stainless pipe and bends in different sizes.
Shouldn't be too hard, it'll just take a while to make it all fit.
I'll use 36mm ID pipe for the headers

I'll post pics as it progresses.

Final goal is twin turbo.
That reminds me, must ring engineer this week to see if he'll ok the turbo's.

i'm pairing the pipes up with reference to the firing order, so the lhs will be different.
i started with the RHS because thats got the least room and will dictate lengths ect.

It's been great watching your progress with this. I really like the work you've done modifing and making your own bits. Great work :spoton:  keep it up and keep posting the progress.

This will be a great combo once finished.
