8.30 am turning into works driveway this happened.....I am sore i feel like shit the car may be written off and
it was to be the wedding car in 15 weeks!
I got rear ended i was stopped she hit me doing 60 and shunted the car through a garden and a brick wall she did not even brake! The only panel to escape damage was the roof.
I hate Ford Drivers!!!

Thankfully you are physically ok mate, That's what REALLY matters!

BUT... FAAARK! That's terrible! :(

I Dont know what to say other than i'm sorry to see such a beautiful machine like that :(

This Reeks of what happened to V8gent (AgentO back then) with his orange Hatch being arse ended by a dimwit P Plater in another Fraud on Todd Wilkes Memorial Cruise.

I really hope there is some way you can rebuild (another car).

Cheers

That's terrible news. Sorry to hear. Maybe a panel-shop with enthusiast in charge can get her back on the road.

That is really bad news, just saddened me a lot. I hope it hurt enough to keep you in your car so you won't get an assault charge too

Sorry to hear about the car  very bad news  I had a similar run in with a Ford driver years ago.

If you need a car for the wedding I'd be happy to bring my hatch up to help you out.

Have a Merry Christmas and remember that the thoughts of the forum members are with you.

Geeze mate,I just about cried when I saw that and its not even mine! being a hatch makes it worse as they're rarer and more sought after:this is why theres less and less great old Aussie Muscle Cars on the road= theres so many retards on the roads that keep writting them off  I hope you slapped the bitch that was responsible?,I would have went mental..................

Sorry to hear it... it's just a bloody tragedy when that happens.

The main thing is you're okay. Hope the car is fixable back to its former glory!

Mate that's an absolute tragedy
Hope it is repairable, feel for you.
My greatest fear with one of these cars is exactly what has happened to you.
I'm sure some have seen the high level brake light in my Hatch and said it was daggy.
But if it help's save the car from that sort of treatment Im willing to live with it.

That f*cking sucks mate!

I am feeling for you right now, i can't imagine anything worse that could happen to you....

This is the reason why i have not driven my Torana for the last month or so, there are to many idiots on the road who don't give driving their FULL attention! Mate i hope she has insurance and you have no hassles with anything and can have a torana back on the road soon!

You can't say f*ck!
Can you?

Bad luck mate, just on christmas too.
If it's any consolation, make sure you keep the wreck and barter hard with the insurance.

Sad Sad sight & sorry to see, looks like a nice hatch too.

Same thing happened to my Torana years ago too, death by bloody ford driver !!!

I have front structural bits & some panel if it rebuildable, but no hatch rear bits.

Be strong & stubborn when it comes to the insurance company, stand your ground for what you believe in !!!

They'll try to opt on on payment percentage saying some of its your fault just for being on the road,,,, not the case if the driver behind wasn't being "observant" & not travelling at a safe distance.

Shame Shame Shame on the Ford driver (& it was a dam EA)

Regards
Craig

I can't tell if your car is LX or UC?
Have a read here:
http://www.gmh-toran.......=15883&st=0
It boiled down to "you find me a hatch for that price with no rust" when it came to the insurance pay out.

Good luck!
