To this day I still regret painting this car this colour, f**ks me what I was thinking at the time and I'm still dirty with myself for spending so much time on that flake when I should have just painted it black!

Hey Waz hows it going?, hope the car is working out for you, looks like your running some great numbers there!

Once again Sorry to the Torana community for painting one in such a shit colour.....definately won't happen again.

Hey Pete. Mate its really not that bad its sort of grown on me, but still looking at change colour sometime soon, want to do it?

Cars going really well, very happy with it. Going to retrim it when I get my tax check back and changing to HQ brakes and stud pattern in the next couple of weeks and changing springs shocks, ball joints and control arm bushes and adding a panhard rod this weekend. Once all this is done the mechanical side will be sorted.

Thanks for the car! Have you got any other projects?

Crisp? I could think of other words for it. The metal flake was shipped in from the north pole, what santa uses on his christmas balls!

Its days like this are numbered. As soon as we move house its getting stripped for a colour change, then maybe my mates might stop putting shit on me (maybe).

Ha-ha, i kinda like your paint Waz, at least the commentators didn't call it a "christmas tree" this time, and by the way what a exellent job the GMH drag day commentators did !

Hope next drag day we can get a bit more time to catch up (and maybe i might even get to see my mars ? ) :tease:

Yeah that would be good, haven't forgotten about the mars either!

Did you get your car fixed?

Eng seems to be running good now, was a fault with the ECU,(internal MAP sensor i think)

It seems to have slightly better throttle response now than before the problem appeared, so i wonder if the Map sensor has been on its way out for a while ? and i may even benefit from giving the tune a once over.

anyway, i think i need to be changing my diff before i start to drive/play with the tune, so i may be off the road for a little while yet
