Fit 1/4 glass (with rubber fitted), remove adjustment screw from separator piece and put it in (without fixing it in), place window in door while manipulating separator to allow window fitment, fix separator, fit winder mechanism, fit bailey chanel.
I'm pretty sure that's how I did it. Sounds easy, huh? LOL!

Thanks We'll give it a go tomorrow. We did the drivers side passenger door a week ago and it went in fine, but seemed to have a few problems the other night with the passenger rear and had been one of those days

*NOTE, this is a two step(pieces) bailey rubber install, in regards to EACH upright bailey channel rubber

NOT as professional as a single piece.. but easier to feed window into and guarantees window wont fall out!
REASON: i found.. it's hard to feed window into rails with baileys run from full top to bottom from the get go

front and rears, (the reg/winder is moved and bolted in to place later.. AFTER have fed window into bailey channel)

(rear door: install the small 3/4 window with the rubber)

drop window in. sit on floor
do door belts first.

(rear door: feed and bolt in the removable side rail/upright bracket )

with the glass in the door, RESTING on floor.
mark with a texta where reaches height to on each channel.

install bailey channels, from top of door and going down...
only going to an inch HIGHER than texta mark! (cut CLEANLY at this point)

lift glass half way into door, feeding into bailey rubbers,
..and slide reg into door and on to window rail, (with reg/winder set at lowest/open)

THEN set into place and tighten window reg/winder nuts.

then RAISE window to closed position. allow glue to set for an hour.
(if you haven't glued in.. leave overnight to "form" the bailey channel. move on to next door)

next..
run bailey channel from texta point down to the bottom of channel.
lower window, and allow time to form/press into place, (or glue to set.)

done.

------
extra paint coats can make door belts a bitch to fit, grease them first.
and check belts length first, may need to trim ends so as to not scratch paint.
