So like a 1-way LSD? So is "Lokka" a brand then?

And yea Ive done Plenty of research, There is always someone asking about LSD in a Gem on the ozgemini.com forums and the same info is always given... Early model Commodore center is the only one that fits.. But ill ask the question again, directly about Torana Diffs.

p.s. Early model gems had a small salisbury (TX - Mid TC) (Mid TC-TG all had borgwarner)

Lokka is made by 4wd systems and is similar to a detroit locker.

Terra LX are you saying a UC salisbury center will fit into the early TX Gem salisbury housing? or that the Banjo center will fit into the Borgwarner housing?

One housing is B/W and fits all B/W stuff, the other is the small saulsbury type, all bango from HR to LX, all uc and all commodore thru to VH, early Vk use parts that interchange, thats where they get their LSD's from for the second mentioned diff.
The gem B/W diff interchanges wit most of the same B/W stuff including the lokka centres.

Hope that helps.
If you can't search B/W on ozgem or need more info I will have to dig my old drive out.
Hope that helps.

I've had 2 different Hilux diffs apart and both were 31 spline.

my memory is a little rusty, something tells me that the gem B/W is smaller than the commodore/falcon ones.
Sorry for the bum steer.
Best bet is to set it up like the old GTR racers did with a bango detroit and gemini axles.

Remind myself to stop using crap english like commy, must make it harder to search)

All 8" hilux, 4 runner and surf diffs are 30 spline and all are interchangeable front to back, 2wd-4wd, petrol-diesel doesn't matter, but ifs fronts are different, they aren't 8".
