When i spotted this I quickly darted out of the car and had to have a yack with this bloke. From what this friendly fella told me, it started out was a rusted out 2 door he just couldnt scrap and decided to graft the ass of a gemini wagon onto the back. It runs a fuel injected straight 6 and he said that years and years ago he took it to summernats. I had a few other pictures but my stupid camera phone played up. Has any one else seen anything quite like this? i know there was a concept of a LJ wagon that never made it.

Now there's something you don't see every day.

Just needs a set of roof racks and a surf board on top and you're good to go.

Thanks for posting the pic Torrie_Man, would loved to have seen some more shots of it.

Mick.

Hard to say exactly how it looks because you can't really see him well. Did you get an e-mail address or give a recommendation of the website? I'd love to find out more about it

I mean even if it ain't that good looking, who cares!? It's a Torana panno! and that's f*cken cool

yeah, as i was pulling into the servo i saw the roof and tail gate and was like "ahh sweet gemini wagon", then saw the LJ tail lights. Soon as i saw the tail lights i bolted out of the car (i dont think it had even stopped yet) i had to get a better look.

I have come across this before, Im guessing he works in Kunda park as I saw it parked outside a panel shop, that advertises that they do body mods. I was going to the diff shop accross the road

I found it odd that only the rear was flaired

Ahh I think it looks fine. Doesn't look very authentic, and I definately don't dig the rear flares or ridiculous front rake. I would still definately want one though!

thats it! yeah nambour isnt far from kunda park. Cut the wags a bit of slack, from what he told me it wasnt much to begin with. It certainly isnt something you see everyday either.

^^^ Was that photo taken near sunstate diff n gearboxes??? ^^^

i have mixed feelings about this one..
it looks great from the front but the back of it looks terrible..
but im not sure how it could of been done better tho..
maby a more vertical drop.. or the window not so high..

either way it saved the life of half a torana.. the next best thing to saving a whole one..

I think it looks great.
Maybe put one of those panelvan bubble windows instead of the glass he has used at the back
