I think that you will find that the John Mann Falcon was when he was running in the 6 cylinder series at Calder. Not sure but i dont think that he raced a GT at that stage
cheers

Allan Moffat What can I say? In the great days of the 70"s He was the man in the black hat! To us Holden fans he was the enemy! But he was a great driver in those big brutish Falcons! In the early years of those epic batles with Peter Brock legion says they hardly spoke a word, But later, in life they became great friends! Here is one of my illustrations of the allmighty Falcon GTHO 65E with Allan on his way to victory in 1971! Thank you to Brocky and Moffat for the great memorys!

The Brut 33 Falcon what a piece of history this car shares! Allan Moffat sent this car to the states for a re-build ready to do battle at the mountain in 1974! As a teenager that year and being a Holden fan, I was pretty impressed with the new look Falcon Moff brought to the mountain! With those huge NASCAR looking number 33 on its doors, It really looked like it was meant for business, But unforunately the car failed But to me it is still a legend, and so I decided to celebrate this car in one of my hand drawn prints! What a great era!
