There's a round plastic bit (cancellator? not the best description, I know) that screws to the back of the steering wheel. Guessing yours is either broken or possibly on the wrong way, which I have done before...

The black piece with the metal ring and two screws is the thing I meant.

makes sence , there is an arrow on the top of the boss kit that i take it is supose to be on the top which puts the bumps on the wrong side
will change it around and see what happens
anyone got a spare spring

57 cents ea from Holden last time I bought them...they were for VL...but the look the same...get both...not worth the trip back.

was chattin to the bloke who owns autobarn traralgon and he is a mad torana lover as well , just so happens he had some spare and gave me what i needed
