I assumed you just numbered them all and if there's no multiplier it's 0

Correct. If there is no multiplier the number is 1.

I'd like to know how many more LX Hatches in this colour are out there? I think I saw 1 UC Hatch mentioned this colour.

No, the SL/R side stripe wasn’t an option as far as I know. The original owner of the car had the car repainted in the late 80’s, he told me the original side stripes weren’t available
