As the title says, what are those - they are shown on the rares web site. I have GTS mirrors on my Torana but I don't recognise those things.
I asked the rare spares guy a couple of days ago when I was ordering stuff and when he descibed what they do, I suspect he was actually talking about part H1001 so I am still unsure what part H1119 is.

they are the gts/slr/sle mirror screw plugs. made by sstorana and sold by rare spares. check out sstorana,s web site.

So they go over the end into the allen head screw?
Were they factory? I don't think I have ever seen them.

Yes mate, they do go over the allen head screw.
The reason that these have been "MIA" for many years was because they were normally removed by the service people when the mirrors needed adjustment. Once removed, they were normally thrown away...
