Hi Liswar,

There was one patina gold at xu-1's on the mountain in 2002,and yours is the second car i have seen from that event.

Mine is painted,but still original paint in the engine bay and in the boot also,its still original underneath mine.

We had a new member join our club,i went and checked it out,a lj gtr,its white now,original colour is patina gold,

its a 5/73,he is going to restore it back to its original colour,and there is a bit of rust to do and repairs.

how did it pass rego with a "walking stick" coming from the rocker cover????

thought these were a no go for a car with that ADR..
and its a very nice colour to mate

also its a 72 colour so unless ordered early 73 cars would be the last in this colour

hi Jono, they were more concerned with having the battery in the boot all correct and enclosed ,with a breather .
the walking stick never got a thought.
lucky on the day at the pits....when the CD 175s go back on wewill revert back to the breather pipes...

strange how the different states do there rego"s
i pitted a pulsar over in WA they seemed not to look to hard
at it, it was harder to get that car back on NSW rego when i came back!!!
will look good with the stommys back on it...
