I've fitted quite a few to different vehicles with great success, been smaller than au's the fit alot more vehicles. I wish more people would use them especially the commodoe crowd as the au's the insist on using fit like shit.

Almost perfect size for torry/kingers v8 Rad.

Matty the Mondeo fans are thinner too aren't they ?
Giving more clearance to front of engine

And they seem to have come down alot in price
I remember them being ALOT more than the AU fans which was why everyone was using the cheaper ones

Yeah there's not much cowling to them so are quite thin.

More clearance sounds like a good thing.

It would be worth checking if the fans are OEM or cheap Chinese knockoffs. The cheap Chinese knockoff AU fans have inferior motors that are not as powerful as the genuine Bosch motors.

You'll find the falcon ones easy enough, just watch the drivers side fan on second hand ones as the have a tendency to fail. Mondeos would be tough.

pro comp well in that case its chinese shit.
i use au in the tory they would blow a dog of a chain as i couldnt find the mondeo ones.but i cant fault them. at the recent drag day i fronted for 30 runs in 32 degree heat but the ambient would have been closer to 40 or higher.they held the car at a constant 77-80 degrees all day.i was pretty impressed by that.
just wondering if the smaller fans could have done that though .for mine i would waste the hour fitting them as i know the au ones work.
