But then the quench will be shithouse.

I'd prefer to run to much comp and the correct quench than the other way around.

Closed chamber head? What quench clearance do you have? Agree the more squish the better. Your probably back to your machined pistons then...although tight quench clearance will allow you to use more compression.

Anyway, back on topic as I don't know the details of your engine build bomber, I have ordered a set of these pistons.

Yes closed chamber, at the moment with nothing touched about .080"............

Given your aims for the engine have you considered running an open chamber head?

the dish in those pistons look very similar to my acl cast piston.thanks jason.

You'd have Duralite 2 series pistons in that case Jason..........I like the look of that dish and shape....perfect for turbocharging!

Even comes with its own bolt lube....thats sure to keep us jerkers happy too!

yeah they are for boost and spray(to get it on boost).

dish is mirror image of zed head chamber.
