Im going to be in Sydney for 2 weeks from the 24th March, I see there is Top Dooslammer event on 24/25th March.

Ive never been to WSID before, I would imagine Saturday is just qualifying? And Sunday is the racing...??????

Problem is I may not be able to get there on Sunday, I land Saturday morn and would have better chance getting there after I land...

Has anyone been to any major events like this??? Would it still be worthwhile going on Saturday?

Saturday is the longest day for these events i believe. Ill be there on the saturday as there is more racing.
Either day is awesome and WSID is an awesome dragstrip! You will love it!

Make sure you check out Harry's at Liverpool on the 31st of March as there will be a big turn out of muscle cars especially Torana's

Highly recommend getting to harrys at liverpool on Saturday night. Should be over 1000 muscle cars in the one area. Get there early though if you want a parking spot.
