Was saying on his FB page there is talks on doing the Second Movie in the future, the Car is
owned by someone in Sydney these days.
Be great to see a New OZ Car Movie in the future.

Well i think it has Statler
but you know how the old movie world go's, look at Mad Max 4 (Fury Road) been delayed a few times
but steve saying its going to be done, i seen on a Chevy Forum ages ago, the guy that owns the Car in Sydney, was doing a rebuild
on it.

Hope this time, they put some Torana's in the second movie, the first had a HB Torana in it i think

Hope this time, they put some Torana's in the second movie, the first had a HB Torana in it i think

Cool,

Be great to see another australian made car movie,with our muscle cars.

When i lived in sydney,soon after the movie i,d see the blown 57 running around near Epping,then in later years it would be out near St Marys,and i think to this day is still around there.

Don't believe everything you hear though
Last time I spoke to Max he said there was a second movie made 2 yrs after the first
And that he retained the car after the movie

So lets see what actually appears in the cinemas

hi there guys new to this forum, been in a self imposed ban on car resto's for the last 15 years, now doing up a couple of lj 4 doors with my son, getting addicted to reading all the stories on these threads, anyhow a bit of topic, but i do remember seeing foxes dodge for sale in one of the car magazines a few years back (still with the original paint scheme ) if i remember correctly the owner wanted about $20 k for it, be a good buy if it was still around.

This is true,or at least it was the last time I heard.

The guy also owns the "rammer" Chev and a mock up of the Gazzard boys EK.

I reckon if they remake it it will be full of Nissans,Otyotas and WRXs.

yeah well they had a pussbox 6 cyl come sound effect v8 monaro in there so they would probably make the uc sound like a proper torana

Two different monaros used in film, started race as an HT V8 died a HK 6

Apparently it's a stand alone movie, not a continuation. Despite the 4 in the title.
