Does anyone know where the best place would be to get sienna carpet made up? Im assuming you cant buy it anywher? I had a look at the trimmers today and none of the samples he has access to are close. apart from a german make which costs megabux to import. Is it possible to get knox or trufit to dye carpet to order? Tried calling them today but neither answered the phone..

I actually thought the bottom of the door trims was a different colour cos mine are so faded but the trimmer peeled back a bit to show that its a darker red, similar to the floor.

This is what my trims look like -

This is the real colour under the vinyl edge -

And this is the carpet sample I was given by someone which seems pretty accurate?

What are my options for getting an unusual carpet colour made up? At least I only have to source the one colour now!

Cheers for any help.

Oh and this is how it should look at the end -

If the sample is pretty accurate and the car is done with the one colour carpet throughout who would ever know

Knox or Trufit were advertising custom colours a while ago, send them a sample of what you want

I'd say speak to them and see how you go

Knox and Tru Fit were unable to replicate Covert carpet for me, even with a sample. As Mark said, they did do custom colours some time ago, but apparently not any more. Unless things have changed in the last 6 mths.

This was Nov 2011.

Hi Brad,

We are not dying carpet at the moment as we are in the process of trying to find a new supplier of white carpet.

Regards,
Rhys.

You might be able to get it stateside. We got some original trim for our Aussie Charger from America.

Howdy sandman.

Yep I got something sorted in the end, but I cant remember who I got it from. It was called 'copper' and was a very good match to the original carpet colour of the door trims. I just had a look at both the tru fit and knox websites and I cant find it mentioned there so maybe its been discontinued?

I got the carpet plus another couple of metres to get the door trims re-done.

Heres some pics.
