Anyone interested in knowing about Holden's Concept Past, well here is the Forum for that, and has the Mighty GTR-X Torana in there too. Dave I

I recently found the Press Release and Engineering Report for the GTR-X. The report gives a timeline of development, and major specs with lots of photos. Unfortunately no photo of the rear discs. What I found interesting is the 186-X engine has a proper 1.38:1 3rd M21 box behind it, as per was originally designed for LJ XU1 and not the XU1 M20 as actually used in XU1. It is not dated but by the timeline given it looks to be mid to late 1970, as it says by April 1 final assembly was underway. I didn't copy the Press release, just the cover as I was time limited and after other stuff.
