Hi guys, here is my current/next project (green coupe is ongoing), it is the Gemini dohc that John White raced in group A back in 85/86, and David Sala ran in 87/88. It came with the original cams logbook, one of the reasons i bought it. Has never been reshelled so i'll be restoring it to race in the Heritage Touring Car series. Thought i might post her up here, you never know who may have a pic of it or a story to tell. Pics:

Looks pretty in pics but it needs a full strip down to it's undies on a rotisserie, it's been raced all it's life but never had a birthday!

I have absolutely NO pics of the engine bay or boot area from when the car was originally raced, most of the pics i have are from John White's personal collection which he kindly lent me to have copied. Finding bay/boot pics is pretty much the holy grail for me now..

Here's one of the dohc sitting in the bay as it sits at the moment. Being group A i have to run the original manifolding on both sides, i'm looking for a gemini dohc injection manifold, the exhaust manifold i do already have.

When i got the car it had a turbo'd 2.6 rodeo motor & supra R154 5 speed in it, set up for IPRA.

The best thing about Gemini's is that they actually make UC's look good.

Wouldn't be real easy getting a sheep in the back of a Gemini panelvan I guess.
