Thanks guys I need to put up a build thread been a bit lazy ill get some pics up soon. It's a great family cruiser just a mild 305 Chevy solid blower cam ported iron heads vortech blower 6 psi boost 3000 stall 3.5 true track. I never thought it was that fast it will prob run high tens with that mph

Dont know much about drags....bit I'm thinking 11secs on 13x6 tyres is pretty impressive....wow

A very clear and well presented Video, and spooling is the word for pick-up as you can see the Torana catching up and over taking at the end. Dave I

Yeh I could only use half throttle most of the way through first it was spinning a heap. I'm very happy with the performance of the car it's very sedate to drive but makes plenty of mumbo when the loud pedal is jumped on.

A soft compound tyre like re-treads have excellent grip, I am also looking a 17" sprintmaster look-a-likes where the tyres you can get are 185/35/17 which it is the full width of rubber - i.e. 185mm or 7"

Took the lc out again a couple of weeks back it was hot as frOck 38 deg so it was down on mph

I also took it up to my friends dyno and tuned it picked up 21hp mad 371hp at the tyres so ill get some 13inch slicks and take it back out to run that ten sec pass I really want

It's my family cruiser/weds night drag racer. Such a reliable car that can be driven anywhere
