Thanks again to Tim, and to Brad, because I wouldn't be able to work out how to scan mine properly.

From past experience I suggest people check the printed template integrity by comparing the measurement between the outer two holes against actual. Perhaps someone could measure this and post here, but ideally you would show the dimension on the image.

You can not trust that every system will produce the same image output dimensionally.
