Hi All,

Not sure if a thread like this exists already yet so i thought it would be cool have a thread with pics Just with all types of Torana engine bays.

Restored,

Unrestored

Survivor

Custom

Concourse

Other etc...

Its one of my favorite parts of the car and its interesting to see what others have done. It'll be good for inspiration for current restorers or if you see something you like it might inspire you to do it to your own.

Currently mine is blank but i look forward to seeing other ideas,

I agree, but I must say SmartE is a close second. I've been staring at it far ages. Any updates to that one at all? Maybe finished product?

Nah mate it's little one step forward two steps back at the moment. We have been waiting for the exhaust guy to get back from holidays.

Then when he was ready for it, the drop tank did not fit due to the mini tubs. Could not modify the tank due to no one in WA to de-gas the tank.

getting a new tank built a the moment. I going down the shop tomorrow to get some more update photos.

I like Mint juleps engine bay. Its very detailed but also looks very polished and goes well together. Obviously for sheer grunt Litre8's is a class above. For originality there is no better than Brads just perfect. Rexy's blue LJ engine bay is also very nice, not something you see much an LS motor in an LJ. Keep em coming guys. Your car is nice 76lxjas, hope i get to see that thing in the flesh, mate that car looks awesome, is it on the road yet?

Mine is still a work in progress but I'm sure everyone's is.
