G'day all. 

Does anyone have a pic of the correct speedo cable route in LH/X plz? 

From the firewall to speedo/

Col, won't yours be different now that you have converted to T5.....cable enters the extension housing from the p/side?

Cable enters in drivers side m8. :)

 

I vaguely remember stuffing around with my UC cable once. It was routed in a weird way, so i thought i had better ask.

 

It looks simple enough. From firewall up: straight into the hole above the clutch pedal & into the speedo. (i'm sure the UC was different)

From firewall down:  loops around the steering column & into the box. 

 

I ordered a T700  > torana cable. It looks too long but it at least did marry up to the Ford speedo drive.
