Just wondering where I could get a replacement woodgrain piece for the dash. Was it original for the LJ 2 door Deluxe 4 cyl.

What woodgrain piece for the dash? Do you mean there was wood grain on the instrument fascia? If so then just remove the remainder of the woodgrain contact film that someone has applied to the metal dash panel and clean up or repaint the dash in the original med gloss black.

The piece next to the cluster.

Woodgrain contact, you know the self adhesive film that comes in a roll, you peel off the backing paper and stick it on shelves, kitchen cupboard doors, books, old 1960's Ford Falcons (Woodies they called them) etc etc etc

GMH never put wood grain panels on the metal dash panel and AFAIK the Torana Deluxe didn't have any woodgrain.

Righteo. That explains that one then. It is a contact film piece I think.

What's the paint code for the black then? Just to be original..
