Indy Orange,By the way who owns the "Lone o ranger" lc gtr ???
Belongs to a bloke named Mark http://victoranaclub.com in the Member's Cars section if you wanna see more of it.
His alias was Metalmaniac, and is now the model of his car with the spaces taken out. Not exactly sure what it is though lol.

As Simmo stated we should have a run in Sydney now that is a good idea
but only a few of us turn up to runs like the Terrigal cruise inwhich included
1/ myself LH SL/R5000
2/Joanne LX
3/Fastehholden EH Holden
4/Lows2 LJ
5/Tuff LX
6/Orangelj LJ
It was a beautiful sunny day for the cruise & to meet up with people was a honour,
its a pitty it could have been a bigger convoy.
cheers Keith

Would be good to use one of these as a Forum Banner, *Hint Hint*
The quality of these pictures I thought would have been better, but they look pretty good when you size them down a bit.
Everyone:
Scattered:
Grass (In case anyone is wondering, the tread marks on the grass was already there before we got there, we were very carefull)

and the award for the only Torry with a louvre goes to.......
A great day, with a good variety of cars and some honest, friendly people.
Sorry to those of you who I didn't chat with, and thanks for your time to the people who I did chat with!
Makka, this social night is a must! You gotta get it happening buddy.
Have to get together without our cars so we can chat about our cars!!!
Not spend all our time taking pics of them!
Sydney people, you guys gotta organise a day like this, it's a great, relaxed way to appreciate each other's rides and get some convoyed cruising in too!
We had 17 cars, and a lot of turned heads while cruising.
DO IT!!!!!

here are a few:
(Look in the distant background to the left, IT'S A TORANA !, mysteriously following us and yet trying to hide itself, )
A couple of panoramic shots (scroll from side to side):
This one's interesting.
Although the picture didn't line up properly, the sun beams did

knoath - your shots look brilliant mate!! And TORANR AMORE - I am loving those panoramic shots!! Very cool.
73LJWhiteSL - well done too, you've got a massive collection of great shots on your site!
keith1962 - you asked about the colour of my hatchback. Sorry I don't actually know for sure. The bloke I bought it off said Mandarin Red, but after looking at true Mandarin Red in the flesh, mine is definitely "Orange". It's actually quite similar to Matt's (253ToranaSS), we're not sure if it's the same colour or not.
Here's just a couple of quickies:
This was the "Hatchback Only" shot for the day. I love the mountains in the background with the 3 big towers....
Some more of the scattered shots:
And a couple more Reflection shots to add to LX2DR's shot posted earlier:

Yeah they hurt my brain too, but they look so cool. Well done by all, especially Deb and Brett, you guys are legends for running the whole thingCept the angled ones....... they hurt my brain to look at
Heres my only half-decent shot with my phone-camera...
Although LXCHEVs hotwires are real shiny , so took a pic of one of them as it had a cool reflection in the centre cap...
Cheers

PS. Thanks for pointing out that reflection in my centre cap - I've never noticed that before!! I'd have loved to have my Convo Pro's on for today, but the rears still have my slicks on them.... so Hotwires it was...
Pity we had to rush off today, although a lot of other people had to do the same. A pub lunch would have topped the day off nicely for me - washed down with a nice cold beer..... Next time 4 sure!!!
Anyway, here's some more pics from our 2nd location today, just to really test the nerves of the dial-uppers amongst us (I'm feeling real sorry for after that last lot!!!).....

Definitely didn't keep the quality did it... looks like it's really killed off the sharpness from the pics..
What do you normally use?

i typed in resize pics program in google.... it did all the 200 pics in about 10 min on its own...Hey Matty, just wondering what re-sizing program you tried??
Definitely didn't keep the quality did it... looks like it's really killed off the sharpness from the pics..

Normally ill put the pics in photoshop and adjust them there manually....

I don't have Photoshop myself, but I'd be very surprised if it didn't have some kind of 'batch' job (automated scripting) in it's functionality somewhere.. ???
I use a program called Fireworks, and up until recently have always spent AGES manually resizing all my pics too. Then I found this batch scripting, and now with a couple of clicks it's all done automatically. I can't believe I didn't find it earlier!!

I used that for the first time to resize all the pictures for this event on my website and the ones i posted. Basicaly it put an option in the context menu you get when you right click a photo in Windows Explorere or My Computer (yeah yeah i know technicaly the same thing) That allows you to resize 640 x 480, 800 x 600, etc but also custom sizes. No Photoshop needed
Great Photos everyone! Those Cruising ones are wicked LXCHEV!
