Hey Guys

I have removed my dash because my car is going in for restorations.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the bottom unit that holds the heater core inside?

Thanks

From inside the engine bay, the nuts are on the firewall.

Undo the cables from the heater control panels and it will slide out.

Hi Rabs

The 4 nuts you are chasing are on the end of the black plasic heater cowl / vent inside the engine bay, the one with the fan unit on it

Gettable with the engine in - just a bit of a pain

Be careful pulling the plastic vents / tubes that go from the heater unit to the windscreen - the black and blue one

They can be very fragile to the point of falling to bits if you move them

Hope this helps
