I have twin hooker mufflers on my LH V8. I am assuming your putting one or 2 of these on a V8? I am at work at the moment but i'll have a look for you tomorrow and confirm exactly what I have. Mine sit up under nice and they also sound great.

120 for a good muffler........ Cheap!!!
I always use hookers on my cars love the power love the sound. You can't beat them. And at your local exhuast shop ther are charging you a hundred for crappy mufflers so supplie your own from vpw. They are always cheaper when you walk into store. Around 100-110.

Has anyone used Hooker mufflers on a 202 Lc/Lj?
I'm considering using one with a single 2.5"inlet and twin outlet. I don't know if I'd need a centre or offset inlet (I don't know if all twin outlet versions are centre inlet or not). My current Lukey muffler is an offset inlet and single centre outlet.

The guy at the exhaust shop was trying to tell me that the hooker muffler can sound like a tin can, any thoughts on this guy's. He was recommending a magnaflow muffler instead. I don't know if that's just because that's what they sell and will make a profit on or not.

That exhaust shop wouldn't be at F/Meadow would it? If it is don't go there!

Have you had bad experiences with them Darylle? Have you got another local exhaust shop to recommend? I've used the other one in Fairy Meadow previously but they don't do mandrel bends. Apart from these 2 exhaust shops I'd have to go somewhere further south or I could use one of them at kirrawee etc. A this stage I'm still working out what to do and who'll do it, so I'm open to suggestions.

I had to laugh at the guy when he said that I can leave it there overnight, I told him that definitely won't be happening. He replied with why, it's just a Torana. He needs to learn some respect. To him it may be just a Torana, but to me it's my Torana that I've put a lot of time and effort into.
