G'day All

Well, we were in Wagga yesterday and travelling down Edward St ( Sturt Highway) when we spotted some of those little Toranas on the side of the road

Even found two of the little buggas hiding behind the trees  :sofa:

XU-1s-in-Wagga-6.jpg

So what were they doing on the side of the road  :dontknow:

Was it this fella  :dontknow:

XU-1s-in-Wagga-7.jpg

Nah, that would be a DIFFerence of opinion on that question  :badabing:

XU-1s-in-Wagga-8.jpg

AND there is no place to hide when things go wrong

XU-1s-in-Wagga-9.jpg

AND there was a lot of finger pointing going on

Lucky buggas found an LSD 3.08 diff centre at the local wreckers and were on their way after some skilled under the car work  :spoton:

Now they were Barossa Bound  :driving:

Correct Barry. I know why they did, but half the fun is the trip over IMO.

Lucky Ol' mate was pointing in that pic Barry. I heard through the grapevine that the "Ol' fart's" right Havelock Tabacca was hanging out of his shorts most of the day?

Ah yes, and me to see you lot pointed in the wrong direction to SA

And I wasn't wandering as I was aiming straight at your lot to find out what was going on

Enjoy the Nationals and good luck for the back trip

All the HVTC cars & NSW GTR/XU1 club cars have made it home safe.

Was very surprised to see Barry strolling down Wagga with camera ready.

Special thanks to Waldorf (Ian) who was our tour guide whilst at Broken Hill & Silverton, he went out of his way to look after us & spoilt us with home made pizzas for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Silverton, it was a rushed visit and we would've loved to spend more time there.

We did get to Cobar later than anticipated and unfortunately Dr Phil did hit a kangaroo, but his torrie was still driveable.

We all had a great time together.

Wayne, bloody roo's !

Me , Sam ( son )  and bob Zelesco left Barbarossa @ 5am on Monday, for the trip home straight to sydney. 16 hours straight. We sort of hit the start of the roo territory about 7 am ( good day light ) and at the other side ( goulburn ) about 5 ish.

their was heaps of big fat roos that had come similar ending.

I hope you jumped out and took some souvenir for the F#$king mess and damage to the car ?

did he survive the hit ?

Its never pleasant to hit them, but that's why I like big 4WD's for travelling, last one I hit bounced straight off and didn't leave a mark.

I'd hate to think what even a small one would do to the front of a torrie.
