Just measured my rares spoiler. Fold point B is 20mm back from the front corner.

Rares may have changed the design slightly since I bought mine over 18 years ago.

That's what I was thinking Dave,

The one there is from Brisbane. Dave I

I just looked at the Rares Spares Website,

and it is the same as the Brisbane one being sold,

so they have changed and we will need to let them know hey

Sounds Good Aldo,

We got to get the Air Dam right first, and then move on to the Fasteners. Dave I

the metal is said to be steel so far, so is the original soft and dents easy, or is stone resistant

Doesn't really matter Dave, they still won't be identical to the original without changing a few other details.

As Kockum said, the genuine spoilers have holes not slots for the four bolts along the face mounting flange and Aldo's measurements are spot on.

Except for the "C", it looks like the same bolt they used for rocker cover bolts before being chrome plated.

Hi Jono

Just had a gander at the pic of Brad Merrick's XU1 front spoiler on his website. Looks to be a lot closer to a genuine one than the Rares Spoiler.

Cheers

Dave.

There's no reason why they couldn't be reproduced exactly like the originals, just a bit of attention to detail, they are only a bit of folded steel.

I've got a flat pattern for an air dam at work.

I copied it from an original NOS item

I'll check mine next week..
