Acacia Ridge Plant Visitors Guide?

Does anyone have a copy of the guide they gave you when you visited the plant at Acacia Ridge? I found a copy online but you can't read a lot of the writing on the map as you can see from the image.

In 1985 my father, friends and I toured Dandenong. The guide was a gent called Jim Chenoworth... spelling is wrong but memory clear.

Would love that for my collection as I've got a bit of Acacia Ridge memorabilia including the diagram of the plant for Open day 1965
